Getting around London

In addition, you can take river cruises or river buses up and down the Thames and get off at iconic spots at the banks, such as the Tower of London or Parliament. 


Tips for Riding the Underground

Obtain a copy of the Tube map. This useful diagram indicates the general directions used to designate trains (north, south, east or westbound) and clearly displays all interchanges.

    Check the front of the train for the correct destination
    Stand on the right when using escalators
